    atmosphere: medium in size with enough seating. didn't feel any ambiance but it was well put together.

    customer service: friendly

    price: market value.

    food: lemon grass chicken is what i had since i wanted some tasty protein.

    Solid 4. They have a great selection on their menu. Seems like they just got renovated or is the newer restaurant than any other in the same corner.

    Some of the items that you will have in some other pho, specially in the rice/vermicelli option, wouldnt be in their menu. They have beef and chicken skewers instead of just grilled beef or grilled lemon grass chicken. Their chicken could be bone-in - instead of boneless.

    All in all a great place to take a bite. Would recommend if you are in the area.

    Excellent pho.   One of our favorite places for Pho.  The salad rolls were good, the vermicilli salad bowls also great.  Really fresh tasting.  And did I say the pho was excellent.

    The place is clean, simple but modern feeling.
    Service was also more thn sufficient.

    We will go back

    We decided to try a Vietnamese restaurant that we haven't been to before, and Basil Garden had good reviews/ratings on both Google and Yelp. We ordered: Pork Bone Noodle Soup, Garlic Butter Chicken Wings, Bun Bo Hue, Salad Rolls, Chicken Pho, and Lemongrass Chicken on Vermicelli. Overall, it was a good meal; however, there are other Viet spots that we still prefer over this one. But would definitely come back if we're in the area. The restaurant itself is very modern looking and clean. The staff is friendly!

    Once inside we're immediately impressed by the positive vibe. From the  bright, clean and modern interior to the fairly friendly and helpful service, we like it all. That is until we got our pho. Menu says they use 'premium' beef but the beef we tasted says otherwise. Extremely chewy meat with residue made for a mediocre dining experience at best. Soup is on the higher sodium scale as well. Yeah I know it's just a bowl of $10 pho but they really should stop calling their beef premium.
